This was a design-build project, 18000 sq. ft. out of the ground, construction completed in 5 months from breaking ground to open for business.

Our 4th location that we constructed for Planet Fitness in the Greensboro, NC area. Completed in March of 2021.

Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) are one of the construction methods we have used for energy efficiency, strength, and other great qualities.  This 3100 sq. ft. home has a power bill that is only $100 per month.  This can be used for residential or commercial.
